These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the OTT streaming platform FRAME 2 FRAME MOVIES, operated by FRAME 2 FRAME MOVIES. By accessing or using the platform, users and content providers agree to comply with these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: The online streaming service offering films, web series, and digital content.

  • User / Viewer: Any individual accessing or using the platform.

  • Producer / Content Owner: Any person or entity submitting content for distribution.

  • Content: Films, series, documentaries, trailers, or any audiovisual material available on the platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the platform, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If not, they must discontinue use immediately.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or access paid services. If minors use the platform, responsibility lies with their parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

Users may need to register to access certain features. They must:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep login credentials secure

  • Take responsibility for account activity

The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Content Availability

Content may be offered through:

  • Ad-supported streaming

6. License to View Content

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

7. Content Submission by Producers

Producers must confirm that:

  1. They own or have rights to the content

  2. The content does not violate intellectual property laws

  3. All rights (music, performers, etc.) are cleared

The platform may review, approve, reject, or remove content.

8. Content License to Platform

By submitting content, producers grant the platform rights to host, stream, promote, and distribute it. Detailed terms will be defined in a separate agreement.

9. Prohibited Content

The platform prohibits content that:

  • Violates intellectual property rights

  • Contains unlawful or defamatory material

  • Promotes violence, hate, or illegal activities

  • Violates applicable laws

Such content may be removed without notice.

10. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require payment via authorized gateways.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

  • Applicable taxes under Indian law may apply

11. Intellectual Property

All platform trademarks, logos, and software are owned by FRAME 2 FRAME MOVIES or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Platform Rights

The platform reserves the right to:

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
